Lead Magnet Success – Final Thoughts

In the previous six posts that made up the 6-part series, I covered many areas about building an email list with lead magnets. It’s a lot to soak in. But, the thing that will make you a believer is creating a lead magnet and truly building a responsive email list that makes conversions. To build a responsive list, your lead magnet has to be laser targeted on the right audience and solving the right problems.

Lead Magnet Success Requires Action

The only way to do that is to get started. Don’t put it off. When they say that the “money is in the list” it really is in the list. Don’t let anyone tell you that social media or other methods are replacing email lists; they’re not. Email lists are the strongest way to earn a reliable and repeatable income online.

But first you have to start building it, and you need to start on the right foot. Start by investing in the right technology, creating the right lead magnet for the right audience to solve one main problem for them in the most professional way you know how. Create the lead magnet in the same way you would any paid product or service that you want to promote. And finally, follow up, and follow up again.

When people trade their email address for your lead magnet, they’re giving you permission to send them emails. They are putting their trust in you to value the connection you are making with them. Don’t fail to deliver a quality product and don’t fail to respect their trust in you. If you manage to keep that trust with them, they’ll also be loyal to you.

Always under promise and over deliver every single time, and you’ll build a list of raving fans that feel as if they owe you a debt of loyalty and lifetime purchasing every new product you put out for them. They’ll also help you develop new products and services, by answering surveys and giving you feedback and more.

So, when are you going to get started building your email list?
