If you have a technical problem and need immediate help you can become a client by making a $45.00 payment via PayPal before you call. This covers the first call, up to 1 hour. Include your phone number if the call will incur a long distance charge and you would prefer me to call you. The payment must be processed before specific support issues can be dealt with by phone.
No payment is needed for calls to inquire about products, services, or pricing. Quotes are always free.
